Sample menus for the Kilnsey Park restaurant and coffee shop

We have a wide selection of meals and snacks available every day.  There isn’t a “standard” menu as our choices vary dependent on the season and what’s good on the day!  And of course it is all cooked fresh just for you.   But to give an idea of what will be available, we've listed some of our favourites below.  Don't forget that we also have an extensive selection of wines and beers to choose from.


Snacks and light meals
  • Freshly made sandwiches with side salad
  • Homemade soup and choice of bread
  • Smoked trout pate and toast
  • Baked potatoes
Main Course
  • Battered Kilnsey trout with chips and garden or mushy peas
  • Kilnsey trout grilled and served with pan fried mushrooms
  • Giant Yorkshire puddings filled with beef cooked in ale
  • Freshly made lasagne
  • Broccoli and cheese bake
  • Spinach and 3 cheeses tartlet
  • Roast of the Day each Sunday
Cake
  • An extensive selection of home made cakes and biscuits, also scones served with jam and cream

Breakfast

  • Full English breakfast
  • Bacon / sausage / egg rolls
  • Breakfast served from 9:30am
 Children's menu
  • Kilnsey fish & chips
  • Sausage & chips or potatoes
  • Macaroni cheese
  • Smoked trout salad
  • Cold ham & pineapple with chips / potatoes
And you can order half portions of all of the adult meals
Children's menu costs £5.25 which includes a drink and an ice cream.
